Rants and Raves is the blog space for the Anti-Golliwog campaign, initiated by Bel Parnell-Berry, who also writes and edits the pieces which feature on this blog. This blog has been created alongside the Anti-Golliwog facebook page, to critically analyse media, policy and random everyday micro aggressions, from an intersectional media literate point of view as well as explore the material consequences of derogatory imagery and rhetoric of people of colour. The blog space Invisible Bride - also written by Bel Parnell-Berry – is also currently a part of these aforementioned campaigns. This blog space is a safe space of colour where debate is welcomed but trolling, intimidation and bullying will not be tolerated.
